Terms of Service

 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.saveau.ca (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from SAVEAU.

The Site is operated by Valesa Group Inc., operating as SAVEAU (“SAVEAU,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting the Site, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your province, territory, state, or country of residence to make a purchase from the Site. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you are legally authorized to use your selected payment method.

2. Products and Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colours, materials, dimensions, and other information accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting lighting, and device settings.

We may update product information, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice. Nothing in these Terms limits any legal rights you may have if a product is defective, misrepresented, or otherwise does not comply with applicable law.

3. Product Use and Safety

SAVEAU exfoliating products are intended for external body use only. Follow all instructions and warnings provided on the product packaging and Site.

Do not use exfoliating gloves on broken, irritated, sunburned, freshly shaved, or otherwise compromised skin. Avoid active rashes and open wounds. Discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs.

Results vary between individuals. Our products and Site content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional if you have a skin condition, sensitivity, or concern about using the product.

4. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order-confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• Product unavailability
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
• Shipping restrictions
• Errors affecting the order

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the cancelled amount to the original payment method.

5. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other fees will be displayed or calculated during checkout when possible.

You agree to pay all charges associated with your order. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments or other third-party payment providers. We do not directly control their services and are not responsible for interruptions caused by those providers.

We may correct genuine pricing errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and provide the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the affected item for a refund, subject to applicable law.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options, estimated delivery times, costs, restrictions, and related conditions will be described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occur because of carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Nothing in this section limits any delivery-related rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which will form part of these Terms once published on the Site.

Certain personal-care products may be ineligible for return after opening or use for health and hygiene reasons, except where required by law. Defective, damaged, incorrect, or misrepresented products will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our published Refund Policy.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions, expiry dates, product exclusions, or usage limits. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied to previous purchases.

We may modify or cancel a promotion where permitted by law, including in cases of error, fraud, or misuse.

9. Accounts and Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities conducted through your account.

10. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Site:

• For unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• To violate intellectual-property or privacy rights
• To transmit malware or harmful code
• To interfere with the Site’s security or operation
• To collect information about others without authorization
• To make false purchases or engage in payment fraud
• To copy, scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit Site content without permission

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

11. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content—including the SAVEAU name, logo, product images, packaging, text, graphics, designs, and arrangement—are owned by or licensed to Valesa Group Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes only. No content may be copied, modified, distributed, sold, or commercially used without our prior written permission.

12. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photo, comment, or other content, you confirm that you own or have permission to share it and that it is truthful, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and share that content for operating and promoting SAVEAU, subject to applicable privacy law.

We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, irrelevant, or infringes another person’s rights. We will not suppress a review solely because it expresses an honest negative opinion.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, social-media platforms, and analytics providers.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services beyond the extent required by applicable law.

14. Privacy and Electronic Communications

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information will be explained in our Privacy Policy.

Transactional messages concerning your orders may be sent as necessary to provide our services. Promotional emails or text messages will be sent in accordance with applicable law, and you may unsubscribe using the instructions included in those messages.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

This section does not exclude or limit any warranty, condition, guarantee, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valesa Group Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or any non-waivable consumer right.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Valesa Group Inc. against claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our business, Site, products, or legal obligations. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. The Terms in effect when an order is accepted will generally govern that purchase.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

20. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies and information referenced on the Site, form the agreement between you and SAVEAU concerning use of the Site and purchases made through it.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without excluding any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s place of residence.
